Editing: Handheld camera

Our rough cut features a lot of handheld shots. After we showed this to our media teacher he said it isn't that clear and sometimes looks like dodgy camera work. To avoid both the audience and examiner thinking this to we decided to add the typical camera features as an effect. However we quickly realised the editing programme we were using – Adobe Premiere Pro – doesn't have this features. Instead of just giving up we created our own. In the image you can see the finished version of the camera features over the video. I think this makes it obvious to the audience the camera is handheld.
